Scott’s journey in the industry began over 40 years ago in painting, later expanding into construction and remodeling in 2004. His dedication to hard work, precision, and customer satisfaction has shaped Coastal into a trusted name in residential, commercial, and industrial construction across Orange County and the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Today, Coastal specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom design services, and large-scale construction projects. As the founder of Bedrock Building Group, he combines his deep industry knowledge with strategic partnerships to drive the company’s growth and innovation, ensuring Bedrock remains at the forefront of construction excellence.

Monica Bertolini, Co-Founder / Owner / Operations Manager / Interior Designer

  • Background: As Co-Founder and Owner, Monica manages daily operations, project timelines, and client satisfaction as Operations Manager and Interior Designer. Lisa Bertolini, Compliance Manager

  • Background: With over two decades of field experience, Jason provides trusted inspection and verification services across residential and commercial properties. His certified expertise supports loss prevention, renovation estimating, and regulatory compliance. Jason’s attention to detail and professionalism ensure every assessment is accurate, thorough, and aligned with industry standards.

Dillon McCarty – Project Manager

  • Certifications/Expertise: Project Management, Site Assessments, Solar & ADU Coordination

  • Background: As a key liaison between clients and field operations, Dillon oversees every stage of construction from site visits and planning to execution and close-out. With a background in solar energy and residential construction, he ensures projects align with both client goals and operational timelines. His attention to detail and ability to streamline complex workflows make him essential to delivering successful ADU builds, remodels, and solar installations.
